RTNETLINK Error messages
When using the ip command the error message prefixed NTNETLINK are
not always useful unless their true meaning can be interpreted.
RTNETLINK answers: No such process
Attempted to route traffic to a network where the box does not have an IP address (layer 2 route).
RTNETLINK answers: No such file or directory
Attempted to 'change' a route that does not exist in the first place
